At Holyrood Storage & Parking, we keep the process simple and stress-free.

• Choose your unit or parking space online or by phone.
   
• Pay your first 28-day rental cycle and deposit (if applicable).
   
• Bring your own lock or purchase one from us.
   
• Move in right away—same-day access is available once payment is processed.
   

To avoid additional fees, please follow these steps:

1. Pack & Remove Belongings – Ensure all your items are removed.
    
2. Clean the Unit – Sweep, clear trash/debris, and leave the unit damage-free.
    
3. Remove Your Lock – Locks belong to you. Your account cannot be closed if your lock is left on.
    
4. Notify Us – You must inform staff (phone, email, or in person) once you’ve vacated. Do not simply leave without notice, or charges will continue.
    

• Rent is not prorated. Once a new 28-day cycle begins, even 1 day into it, no refund will be issued.
   
• You must allow a minimum of 2 hours before closing for staff to inspect your unit for cleanliness and damages in order to complete your move-out.
   
• Items left behind may be treated as abandoned property after 1 day.
   
• If you still need storage but want to save money, you may transfer to a smaller unit instead of starting over.
   

• $100 administration fee applies to all damage assessments.
   
• Labour is billed at $100/hour (minimum 2 hours).
   
• Material costs will be added based on what was damaged.
